Section | Per Diem Rates

Per Diem is the allowance for lodging (excluding taxes), meals and incidental expenses. Rates are set each fiscal year, effective October 1. A standard per diem is applied in locations less commonly traveled by federal workers, while non-standard areas frequently visited are granted individual rates based on average daily industry rates. The Per Diem Rates Section of FedTravel includes:

CONUS rates – Per Diems for the continental United States
OCONUS rates - Per Diems for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Possessions
Foreign rates - Per Diems for all other countries 

To Search Per Diem Rates:

Option 1 - Enter the City in the Quick City Search field. A list of Cities, followed by the State will appear. Click on the desired City/State for results. If the City/State does not appear in the list, use Option 2 below.

Option 2 – Enter the Country, then enter the State/Province, if applicable, and then enter the nearest City to your destination. Click the Search Per Diem Button for results:
